We will provide you with the sauna as well as the cold plunge, dropped off right at your home.

of Downtown Traverse City. Delivery Fee added for locations outside of 10 miles

firewood included

We will provide 1 bundle of wood for each day rented. Each bundle will provide enough heat for 5-6 hours of sauna time.

What are your hours for rental?

The timing of the Sauna is similar to a hotel experience. The sauna will be dropped off in the late afternoon on the first day of rental and will be picked up in the late morning after your last rental night

Bring a towel and a bathing suit! It is recommended that you remove all jewelry. Eye glasses are also recommended to remove as they may get too hot to stay on your face.

The Sauna is cleaned with 100% natural and non toxic/non chemical cleaner after every use

No. Only adults over the age of 18 are permitted to use the sauna. This is for health and liability reasons. 

Please consult with your primary care doctor before any use of the suana. The heat and potential for dehydration can cause serious side effects and symptoms if you have underlying medical conditions. The Sauna and cold plunge can get your body and skin to temperatures that you may have never seen before, therefore it is recommended to seek medical consultation prior to any sauna use regardless of your health history

Stay well hydrated! bring plenty of water in there with you to drink as well as to pour over the rocks! Use the suana dry or steamy (pouring water over the rocks)! Bring your friends and enjoy the experience! Dont feel bad getting out and then coming back in if you get too hot! jumping in the cold plunge can reset your body temperature and allow you to enjoy the suana longer.

This all depends on how much wood is in the fire. We use only dry hardwood so it burns great! Typically the sauna temperature will be between 140-180 degrees Fahrenheit. Pouring water over the rocks will add steam heat as well which can be enjoyable. POUR ONLY SMALL AMOUNTS OF WATER ON THE ROCKS AS TOO MUCH WATER CAN BE HARMFUL AND CAUSE BURNS!
